2.2. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment. Vision and Hearing Medical Center is not responsible for errors or omissions caused by the provision of incorrect information.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment

3.1. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

3.2. Cancellation and rescheduling of an appointment can be done by phone or email.

4. Payment terms

4.1. The prices of the services are indicated on our website and in the medical center.

4.2. Payment can be made in cash, by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer.

4.3. All payments must be made before or immediately after service is provided.

5. Personal data

5.1. The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5.2. Your personal data will only be used for the purposes of providing the medical services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

7.2. The use of the services after making changes to the general conditions means agreement with the new conditions.
